Very nice hotel and great location
Pros: Great hotel, really cool interiors and facilities, room was very nice and spacious, and the locaition is great, with very easy access from the airport by metro.
Cons: We didn't love the lack of staff and having to do an annoying check-in process manually. Problematic if you forget to check in or don't have data/low battery while travelling and means you can't enter the property. The whatsapp chat is quite responsive though so not the worst thing, would absolutely stay again despite this! Also the heating is hard to use - the room was very hot and we couldn't work out how to turn it down. Just minor issue though!

I liked this place
Pros: Location is really good. You have lots of things to see within walking distance but metrostation is close to hotel if needed. Price is not bad. Colors used in space themed rooms are tasteful. Rooms have heating in winter. Coffee station serves espresso which is nice. Staff is fine.
Cons: Nothing major to add here but there's no reception for most of the day which can be a bummer and there's open shower so bathroom gets all wet.

Great place and value for money.i would stay again
Pros: Location is great, place to play ps and just rest very relaxing and chill.
Cons: The coffee machine was working u til 16:00. It was only espresso option and it was not working as expected. When I asked person who were at reception he said to use only espresso. When I asked to try now- machine already doesn’t work, come tomorrow.

Pros: Room is located in the centre of Sofia, where you can find shops, bus/train station around in walking distances. Host was really helpful with our requests and room was comfy, clean with latest tech. Thank you!

Pros: Very good and clean room. Great location- in the center and a Metro statio . Great free espresso coffee and water in the Lobby. We didnot use any other services and i dont think there are any at the hotel. Great help from staff members whenever we needed any.
Cons: The bathroom is one room with toilet shower and sink at the same room- so the other roomate had to wait whenever the other member was using it....

An elegant hotel in the heart of Sofia
Pros: The hotel is very clean, quiet and spacious, with an original interior at the very heart of downtown Sofia. It is als overy convenient that you don't need any keys, you can access the hotel and then your room only by a code.
Cons: I couldn't stay one more night. :) Overall, no complaints about this hotel!

Good base in Sofia
Pros: Great location near Serdika for easy access from/to airport. All major sights of Sofia, restaurants and shops within easy reach. Hotel is very secure, access to main and room doors by code sent before arrival so no keys to worry about. Hotel very modern and with unique decor, everything spotlessly clean and working well. I had a room without window which was fine and the bed very comfortable and with zero noise. WiFi was perfect, fast and reliable. Good customer service, fast and efficient response.
Cons: There was no toilet roll in the room but I messaged the hotel on the booking.com app and got immediate response and a staff member was there with 15 minutes with one.
