Pros: Location is great, bed was comfortable and even that there was a street you hardly hear any noise in the night.

A very central hotel but small rooms

Pros: The hotel is right at the center of Sofia, very easy to get there by Metro from the airport. Close to everything. The staff could smile a bit more.

Cons: The room was not big and they design it so one door covers the bathroom and the shower please imagine that both are in use. The system with breakfast is that you are buying a card for 7 euros and you get in the nearby restaurant 9 euros benefit. I think that this process could be done with less paper work.

Was happy with the hotel and overall experience

Pros: Very central to everything, decent pressured shower and room was nice and warm and easy to maintain heat.

Cons: Our tv had issues and would not connect to wifi so we could use Netflix or any other connected devices, however this was resolved rather quickly and they put us in a new room.

Nice to stay and walk everywhere easily

Pros: Location was great almost near to everywhere just by walk, staff were kind and helpful. There was no issue on checking in/out.

Cons: Wi-Fi was not very fast but in our case did not matter much, was usable still.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Pros: We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and available 24/7 for any request. The room was spotless from the moment we arrived. The room was tidy and completely cleaned throughout the three days, including the shower, toilet, and sink. Every time we took a shower, the water never leaked, which is not a given in Sofia. The hotel is centrally located yet extremely quiet, with the city center and main attractions easily accessible on foot.

Cons: Everything was perfect. Nothing to report.
