Pros: The room was very comfortable and quiet. It was clean. Good choices for breakfast. Staff were polite. Good location especially for the metro.

Cons: The outside area is run down.

Pros: Lots of options for breakfast, huge room with brill art all around the hotel. Friendly staff. Would stay here again if we are going to Sofia. Off street parking was great

Nice hotel near the Sofia centre

Pros: We have chosen a suite room because of the great offer we got for January, which was almost the same price as for the standard room. Bath with hydro massage was very nice

Great hotel, Must-stay if you love art.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, interesting decor with lots of art works. Very spacious room, great bathroom.

Cons: In the first room there was a constant noise, from some big machine or heating system or similar (I complained and was given a different room on the other side of the property).

Pros: I liked the room surface (70+ sqm), the spa area is nice and the staff is helpful and professionally kind. Excellent breakfast and the lady who works there is really skilled and polite.

Cons: I asked for a toothbrush, but the hotel didn't provide it. I am expected to find all the toiletries when I book a five-star-hotel room. Water was provided the first day only. Pool floor is way too slippery and dangerous and the cost of the swimming cap is a bit too expensive compared to its quality.

Pros: Location is great, very beautiful inside : paintings , decoration. It is hotel- museum.

Cons: Sauna is extra cost. To swim in a pool you need a hat.

Not perfect but very good

Pros: Large room with comfortable bed, and reasonable facilities. Pool was nice, breakfast was ok, staff were very friendly and efficient

Cons: Struggled with using the aircon, the room was too warm ! But it was -6c outside, You have to pay extra for the sauna and steam room which is a little expensive as an extra, and you had to ask for additional coffee pods in your room
