Clean and well-located accommodation with a small issue during my stay

Pros: - Central location – a 4–5 minute walk from the National Palace of Culture. - Renovated building. - Cleanliness. - The breakfast is basic, but I didn’t find it bad. It includes bread, jam, eggs, olives, cheese, feta-style cheese, salami, ham, tomatoes, and cucumber. - Access to the building and the room via code – very convenient, especially for late check-in outside regular hours.

Cons: - One night there was a really bad sewage smell

Cosy, relaxing, quiet, safe

Pros: Excellent value for money, quiet hotel. Spacious room with balcony, felt safe and at home. Generous tea and coffee!

Cons: I think the location and the breakfast are the weakest points: if you want to be right in the centre near the sights this isn’t the hotel for you. But everything is still fairly walkable. Breakfasts (just meat, cheese, bread) wasn’t to my personal taste

Pros: Clean and comfortable. We had a nice terrace. A quiet street.

Cons: The pillows are too firm and big for me. Perhaps a pillow menu?

Pros: Without any doubt, the best thing about Family Hotel Agoncev is the people who run it. They do everything they can to make your stay the best! So kind and helpful. Apart from that, the hotel is really very comfortable and well-located and very well communicated. I would definitely come back in my next visit to Sofia.
