Hotel in a beautiful place

Pros: The hotel placed in an amazing forest spot. Close to trail around Vitosha. Small and relaxed with all the comfort of an hotel.

Cons: Getting to the hotel in snow could be problematic. Taxi drivers are not able to get there during snow.

Our favourite place to stay — cozy, welcoming and clean.

Pros: This place is definitely our favourite place in the area. We stayed there multiple times over the last years and every time so happy to come back. Cozy and warm rooms, nice food, friendly attitude. It is nice for a short and longer stays. Can’t wait to come back!

Pros: Okay hotel for a good price, very beautiful and calm forest. We saw deer twice.

Cons: If youre staying during the winter and there is snow, its sometimes not possible to get there by car, because the road is not cleaned, getting down is also very difficult. People with 4x4s barely made it up there. Taxis will not get you there if there is snow.

Pros: The hotel is in a great location with lovely woodland walks on your doorstep. The restaurant was nice and homely and the food was good. The suite 14 was very spacious and comfortable. Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing.

Cons: Parts of the hotel looked quite rundown and our room would benefit from a few upgrades especially the bathroom

Cons: The only thing which I don't like is that the room temperature was too high and even during the night was too hot in the room.

Amazing place to stay and we wish we had had more time to explore the area.

Pros: The rooms were incredible and warm. Big comfortable bed and very clean.

Cons: We got to the accomodation late (9.30) as we had a horrendous border crossing. Wanted to use the restaurant and although the restaurant was open until 11pm, the kitchen had already closed. There was no other option as we were a long way from anywhere else. Went without dinner.

Spacious hotel with friendly staff

Pros: It is located in a quiet area, although we were for a night we could not go around to explore the location.

Cons: So, I’ve done a mistake picking up the wrong St. George hotel- appears to have couple of them with the same name. Was not a big issue, however it was enough issue to find taxi driver to take us there-some of the taxi drivers were extremely rude. We were give a big suit instead of room and the staff were very helpful while arranging a taxi to take us back to airport and also preparing us a sandwiches and coffee on departure.

Pros: The hotel is in a very secluded and green area. The stuff is very welcoming and kind. The restaurant has great views.

Cons: It really needs some investment and essential refurbishment, and it could become a really lovely place to stay!
