Pros: The staff were incredible. Both my wife and myself became very sick during our stay. The staff went out I’d their way to direct us to an urgent care clinic. Conversely, the housekeeping staff were very friendly and thorough. We highly recommend Hotel Vega.

Excellent for business trip

Pros: Since many years I stay in this hotel when I am on a business trip in Sofia. The service level is always fine. The room is comfortable.

Cons: I miss the beauty kit in the bathroom.

Pros: Very clean and spacious room. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Cons: The bed was quite hard for our taste. If you shower in the bathtub, the water will run down to the floor.

Pros: We arrived to the hotel at the end of our trip (last 3 days) and we ordered 2 rooms. when we got the hotel we figuer out that the hotel do not have connected door. Violeta the woman who had at the reception found out a solution for us and upgrade us to the suite with no extra charge. very pleasant staff that always want to help. there is a big supermarket 1 minute walking near the hotel and there is free parking

Cons: At the breakfast when some cheese ran out they did not fill it
