Pros: The room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the facilities at the hotel. Breakfast was very good.

Cons: Location. You're not close to the metro station nor to the city center. You've to use a taxi to get anywhere.

Works for transit

Pros: Room was ok, it had balcony and kitchen. Clean, nice. The couch is not the best and topper was only on the half of it.

Cons: Staff looked careless, non professional. Especially in the restaurant, just one girl was speeking some english. One of the restaurant staff was doing her makeup behind the bar, at some poit she took the deo spray from her bag and used it under her shirt, right there behind the bar.

Pros: The hotel is located in the Student City area - a residential area, quite quiet. Very large and comfortable rooms with balconies: each room has a kettle, dishes, tea, coffee, safe. The bathroom has all the necessary accessories. There is a table and chairs on the balcony. There is a Greek restaurant next to the hotel: it is very tasty! I have stayed at this hotel not for the first time: everything is always great!

Cons: The disadvantages include a somewhat high price.

Pros: We had a great stay at this hotel. Our apartment was on the 7th floor and very spacious, with two balconies, free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a fully equipped kitchen – perfect for a longer stay. The beds were super comfortable, there was plenty of storage space, two desks for working, two TVs with good channels, and a large, modern shower room. The kitchen had everything we needed: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and a full cooking area with all the utensils. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh options every morning. The indoor hot pool was clean and relaxing, and the gym was well equipped and open 24/7 which was very convenient. The front desk team were always available, friendly, and very professional – they helped us quickly with every request. Overall, this hotel felt like a mix between a home and a resort – very comfortable, convenient, and highly recommended for both business and vacation stays.

Cons: One time we went to the pool without towels and asked at reception for two towels (even though we were three people). We were surprised to see that we were charged 20 BGN for this.
