Kashmir Wellness & SPA Hotel Adults Only

Pros: Great place, the food is on a high level. It's good maintained and the staff is cheerful and nice. The Spa zone has all it needs regarding different saunas and similar. The pool is ok for a swim and the outdoor zones are excellent.

Cons: There was only one not so great aspect and that was the spots to sit and/or lаy down in the Spa zone like sun beds, etc. They are very comfortable but not enough. And I was not able to take one during my stay. I am against going there 2 min before opening in the morning and put my towel to save space.

Pros: The spa experience here is truly amazing. The hot tubes set in the forest are absolutely magical — relaxing in warm mineral water surrounded by nature is something special. The hotel itself is well maintained and overall offers a comfortable stay.

Cons: What I didn’t like, however, is that the property was under construction during our visit, which affected the atmosphere and overall experience. It would have been good to know this in advance. The food was also a bit disappointing. The menu feels ambitious, but the execution doesn’t quite match the expectations. Unfortunately, I had what was probably the worst t-bone steak I’ve ever tried. There’s definitely room for improvement in the kitchen.

Overall great experience!

Pros: True relaxing experience. Amazing breakfast and dinner. The SPA is also great.

Cons: The complementary amuse bouche at dinner was not up to par with the rest of the meals. Better without it if it is going to be this bad, especially the gyoza/raviolo. Just skip it. Also the service in the restaurant is not consistent from area to area, not necessarily bad but the quality of service has gaps. Same for the SPA area. It is clean, however not maintained regularly enough. The aroma sauna was not properly working one of the days. Also there spa area is left without staff supervision for too long g accumulating empty cups and towels everywhere.

Pros: The food is amazing! Probably the best hotel kitchen in Bulgaria. Amazing forest jacuzzis.

Cons: The mattress is way too soft. The towels smell was not great! The staff at the lobby bar are very inexperienced and their service is not what you would expect from this hotel level.

Little gem

Pros: The Hotel itself is a little gem. The food is exceptional. The rooms are nice and cozy.

Cons: Do not get me wrong the hotel is very good for the price but the SPA center cannot accept even the half of the costumers and it is a tension when you have to slink about a facility or a place to lay down and relax.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect — from the cozy and relaxing spa center to the delicious food and excellent service. The staff were friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We truly felt taken care of. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place!

Enjoyment and vacation

Pros: This is our second time here, and like the first time, everything is perfect. The facilities, the service, the food, and the quiet. Without a doubt, we will continue to come here.

Pros: Great hospitality and customer service from everyone at reception, restaurant, and housekeeping. Enjoyed everything from room & spa amenities, the breakfast buffet, and dinner choices, best of all, it's pet-friendly! I'd say the best spa hotel in Velingrad so far, as my experience goes, as it's quieter because of the absence of kids :). Highly recommended!

Cons: The only downside is the room functionality. The bathroom sink has limited space, but lots of empty space not being utilized as counter space, and not enough hooks to hang towels or clothes. Also, the halls and rooms are a bit on the dark side, although I presume this is the ambiance they were going for.
