Great family stay ,we definitely going to come back.

Pros: It was a great place to be. We were celebrating our dad’s 70th birthday and it was just the right place to be with 4 small grandkids. The facilities were just great. The spa and the food were top too.

Cons: Small downside, it was too hot in the rooms, however the staff were helpful and they have managed to turn the temp down.

Pros: The spa, the halfboard and the staff. The sheets and the rooms were very clean. So was the whole hotel.

Pros: The hotel is great, clear and lovely. We liked the spa, staff was helpful. I recommend. The breakfast and dinner are great We had a problem in the room and within minutes someone came and fixed it.

Cons: Please add non dairy milk to the breakfast and gluten free breads.

Pros: Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location in the middle of nature with a beautiful and huge spa, thermal waters, swimming pools, saunas, the food exceeds all your expectations and the breakfast and dinner are very rich for all the choices, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The massage offered by the spa is fantastic and professional by all the girls the welcome is beautiful makes you feel more relaxed. In general, the welcome from all the staff at the hotel throughout my days and the attention they give you is beyond all expectations.Thank you for everything..! I will recommend this hotel to everyone Families and couples.

Pros: We truly loved our stay at your hotel, especially the spa area — everything was wonderful. About 95% of our entire experience was perfect, and a big part of that impression comes from the food. Breakfasts with champagne and dinners with beautifully prepared veal, pork, chicken, duck, and rabbit — it was absolutely exceptional. I am a well-traveled guest and have visited many resorts over the years, but this level of quality and care is something truly rare. Your hotel is a real treasure for those who appreciate good cuisine. For many years, I traveled to Kyustendil and always enjoyed it, but this time Velingrad truly amazed me. And the return trip on the narrow-gauge railway through the mountains felt like stepping back in time — unforgettable. Thank you for such a memorable stay. We will gladly come back.

Lovely SPA place in Velingrad.

Pros: Lovely location, near the town centre. Very good and well maintained SPA centre. Nice variety of foods for breakfast and dinner, all well cooked.

Cons: The temperature of water in the outdoor swimming pool was much lower than expected - quite cold indeed.

Pros: The food was exceptional. The hotel is relatively good, but still needs final touches to reach the level on which it wishes to be.

Cons: The air-conditioning in the rooms does not work fine and it was incredibly hot. The staff in the restaurant was unpleasant. The pools and jacuzzi need a little more cleaning.

Pros: - Fantastic breakfast and dinner. We have been staying at Royal Spa occasionally since 2017 and the quality and variety food has been really top for us. - Quiet rooms. - Multiple and spa facilities. - It was nice to swim in the larger pool

Cons: - Previously the water in the pools was much warmer. - Parking places could be short of availability, if the hotel is fully booked. - The hotel is super nicely maintained, but the moment you are out of any Velingrad hotel, dirty streets, holes on the roads, dogs, no paths to walk around the hills.
