Pros: The staff is very nice. The spa center is really good with big jacuzzi and sauna

Cons: The indoor pool is very small. The reastourant for dinner is not four stars. With high prices and no so high taste.

A very pleased stay in a well organised spa hotel. The spa facilities were very clean.

Pros: The breakfast was quite good and delicious. Location is close to the main road. There was free parking in front of the hotel.

Cons: The hot water took a long time to come through.

Pros: The food in the restaurant/lunch/breakfast was amazing

Cons: The finnish sauna was not working properly- I’ve been traveling to this hotel for one day break and the sauna not working is really frustraining. I dont care about pools and steam bath. SPA is mainly associated with finnish sauna !

Cons: The bed is so uncomfortable. I don't know if it's used too much already or what.

Family vacation

Pros: My family and I, we were in an apartment. It had two bedrooms and a living room. The rooms were big enough for all of us. It was nice and clean. The SPA center is not very big but new and very clean. The restaurant is nice and the food is delicious. We will visit the hotel again for sure.

Cons: There are two things we didn't like. The first is that there is no big pool to swim (there is an outdoor pool but it doesn't work during the whole year). The second thing we didn't like is that the parking area is too small.

It is a great value for the money we paid

Pros: Breakfast - nice variety of food, but nothing extraordinary. Scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese, some traditional Bulgarian food The personnel - very friendly and polite The room was clean The spa is great, despite the fact that the pools are small The food in the restaurant was delicious!

Cons: It is definitely not a 4 stars hotel. The building is old and need a serious renovation. The shower holder at the wall was shaking, the bin's lid wad dents, the building's air condition was not working (the room's air condition was OK), the furniture is cheap.

Pros: the location was 10mins by car to the city enter, the beds were very comfortable and as we were with a kid, they even prepared a sofa bed for him.

Cons: all was god except having no children towels for the spa
