Family Luxury Private Apartments in 4 star SPA Resort St Ivan Rilski

Charming clean and very nice apartment

Pros: In the apartment there is everything you need for your perfect stay in Basko. The host is very kind and helpful. We also had access to the SPA center. I really recommend this place!

Perfectly equipped apartment

Pros: Very comfortable and perfectly equipped apartment within the apartment complex of St. Ivan Rilski. Check-in was quick and easy and communication with the host was very good. Parking spot and access to the SPA area are provided (if you go for the underground parking, choose the last one, i.e. the highest enterance, as otherwise you will have significant distance to walk uphill), whereas the SPA is clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful hosts!! Please note that apartment is in the basement, so there will not be a lot of natural light, but on the other side it is quite practical when you have to carry heavy luggage.

Cons: This is one bedroom apartment, and in my view, not suited for 6 people. Six people can fit in into the apartment (there are enough beds), but in such case it feels crowded. It is perfect for a couple, or a family with one or two small kids, but for anything more than that it does not feel that comfortable. Also, the quality of the WiFi signal is questionable, as we were struggling for more than one time to connect to it, but this is the issue of the resort, and not of the hosts of this particular apartment.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment, everything is brand new and the SPA is really nice. We will definitely come back.

Cons: We liked everything.

Great place, lovely hosts

Pros: The apartment was great. Very comfortable, very practical and squeaky-clean! The kitchen has everything needed even for long stays. All cooking tableware, utensils, spices. Full oven, microwave, dishwasher (which we didn't need to use), coffee machine. There are different types of coffee capsules, different types of tea, which shows thoughtfulness about the guests' taste preferences. And we had a lovely compliment from the owners which we enjoyed a lot. You can feel the attention to details both at the place and the host's hospitality. We definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a cozy place that feels like home.

Great apartment & spa facilities

Pros: Great apartment, very comfortable. Fantastic spa facilities in the hotel and nice to relax on a night with Netflix etc.

Pros: Прекрасен широк и удобен апартамент, със сенчеста и тиха тераса и директен достъп по алеята до външния басейн и спа центъра на хотела. Като пристигнахме ни очакваше и комплимент от собствениците, което беше мило. Имаше и доста настолни игри за децата

Cons: Нямаше бг телевизия или логнат акаунт на смарт телевизора, но все пак успяхме да го включим

Pros: Très accueillant, chaleureux et moderne, cet appartement a tout pour vous permettre de passer des moments de détente et de profiter entièrement. Bien équipé, même avec des produits d’entretien ou de première nécessité : huile, sel, thé, etc.

Ev rahatlığında ailecek keyifli vakit geçirip, kayak tatili yaparken çok memnun kalacağınız bir mekan.

Pros: Ev çok güzel ve konforlu dizayn edilmiş. Mutfakta aradığınız her şey var. Ev sahibi hoşgeldin içeceği, tüm konaklama boyunca yetecek kapsül ve öğütülmüş kahve ikramları hazırlamış. Otelde spa mevcut ücretsiz kullanmamız için kart hazırlanmış. Ayrıca kapalı otopark mevcut. Gondola servis mevcut. Biz arabamızla yaklaşık 15-20 dk sürede dağın en üst kısmındaki alana ulaştık. Ev sahiplerine teşekkür ederiz.

Cons: İnternet biraz zayıf çekiyor. Ama çok problem etmedik.

Pros: Апартамента беше много уютен и приветлив. Имаше всичко необходимо за приятен престой. СПА зоната към хотела е много чиста и приятна и напълно безплатна за гостите на апартамента.

Cons: В случай, че пътувате с деца, имайте предвид, че детската анимация в хотел се заплаща допълнително. Също така ако решите да карата велосипеди, по-добре не разчитайте на тези от хотела, те са само за гости на хотела.
