Pros: The apartment was spacious for our family. Located in some remote and quiet location . There was only one staff member.. we struggled with the communication but eventually he was always helpful !

Cons: The cleaning could be better . If you plan cooking ,The apartment kitchen in our case was lacking some basic tools (some were provided after we requested) so maybe make sure in advance. Breakfast was nice but it will be better if there will be some boiling water and also clear water available (we had to ask the nice staff guy each time we wanted)

Pros: Great location, very close to all attractions, and at the same time is quiet and a bit away from the fuss. Pleasant ,clean apartment with everything you need. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The kitchenette was not supplied with knives, towels and condiments, so we had to buy some things. Overall, it was acceptable.

Pros: Everything was fine. The breakfast is very delicious and everyday menu was different. The breakfast tea smell wonderful taste wonderful. ı have never taste so good at anywhereelse :))) we will come back again ;)) thank you

Pros: We had a whole house for our family and it was so comfy. Host was so hospitable and friendly!

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was that we didn’t have hot water all the time. Two of the nights we didn’t have hot water. But I am sure that if we would have told the host, he would’ve fix it.

Pros: The apartment is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. A quiet place, you can relax, have a nice walk, enjoy birds songs and misty views and use it as a starting point for various trips.

Nice place to escape city views and noise

Pros: We quite enjoyed our stay at Boriki app., because it was what we were looking for - a place near forest and lots of trees. The apartment was species - it had two bedrooms, two balconies and a fire place that we used (in the end of August). The breakfast was delicious - traditional home made brkfs - banitsa, mekitsi, pyrjeni filii, pancakes and more.

Cons: We could hear a lot of noises from the neighbouring apartments - people talking, listening to music, vacuuming and even snoring. The inner staircase was steep and was not child friendly. The gravel rode from the main rode, thought was short, was not pleasant too.

Very good place for people like the peace and enjoy the nature.

Pros: Out of the crowded area of Pamporovo, while at the same time close enough to drive to enjoy the good food if you wish.

Cons: We enjoyed the place a lot, there was nothing to dislike.

Great time in a beautiful place

Pros: The houses are in the middle of the forest. There are no other hotels around, therefore it is secluded and peaceful in a beautiful scenery. The best surprise is, there is a scenic path/dirty road right behind the property. I spoke on the phone with the owner who was very kind and proactive. The breakfast was really good. Thank you:)

Cons: All studios are on the ground/ first floor, so the view is a bit obstructed by the houses in front. Odd setting in the bathroom- the shower is very close to the sink and there is no shower curtain.

Cozy, clean, convenient. Great deal for the money. Super kind host!

Pros: Clean, warm rooms, which was super important since we caught bad weather at the time. Really responsive and kind host. A really smart way of getting people to the restaurant for dinner. Because it was off-season the local restaurant was closed, yet we still had free ride to a very cozy and nice looking restaurant nearby with great food too. Overall it was worth it.

Cons: Small technical situations that could have happened at any time. The sauna wasn't working at the time (some pump was broken).
