Pros: the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the room was clearly recently refurbished, we had a free parking spot provided by the accommodation, and the location is great (10 mins away by foot from the ski resort, many restaurants and shops around)

Cons: the room could've been cleaner... you could see signs here and there of the recent refurbishments
