Pros: Excellent location, right in the heart of Bansko just a step from the Gondola. Spacious apartment with veranda and ski room.Strong WiFi, very good communication with the owner.Very well equipped kitchen, although we would appreciate more a filter coffee machine or a capsule espresso machine than the one existed.Very good bar at the premises. Also, the apartment was very warm and the beds very comfortable.

Cons: Very poor cleaning(when the host is away, this is unfortunately an issue, good cleaning isn't just changing bedding and toilet). Carpets in winter destinations may be necessary but they smell. Shower curtain should be replaced before anybody's arrival and the toilet bin as well.

Excellent location and great apartment

Pros: Location was perfect. Apartment was lovely with 2 spacious rooms and a lounge/kitchenette. Everything you needed. Warm and plenty of hot water.

Great area for short stay skiing, apartment met virtually all our needs.

Pros: Great location for gondola and had a lovely view across the town to the mountains beyond. Apartment had everything we needed and was very warm on arrival and stayed that way. Host was responsive and helpful. Morris bar below wasn't too noisy and was a friendly, inviting place to meet up with our family.

Cons: Mattresses were very hard on one of the double beds and the sofa was also not comfortable for relaxing. If you are just using the apartment as a base though, as we were, this shouldn't be a problem.

Pros: Quiet and close to the gondola, the apartment has almost everything, the only thing missing was fuel for the fireplace :)

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Close to Pirin Street and to the gondola only 3 mins walk. Very nice owner too.

Cons: One bed was a little uncomfortable however other then that, it was a perfect stay.

Pros: The apartment was very warm and cozy. The kitchen was fully equiped and there was always hot water. The host was very polite and willing to provide us with any help or info. The location also was close to the gondola lift. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it.
