Apartment BonBon next to Gondola

Pros: The location. The facility. It was super clean and tidy.

Cons: The smell in the corridor

Pros: Excellent communication, hospitality. We were late on arrival one day because of snowstorm and owner let us stay day extra withouth charge!

Pros: Everything! It’s central! Near gondola station, and restaurants, and markets, and ski shops! With a big parking in front. With everything you possible want inside. A washing machine with drier included. Excelent after a day on the ski slope. Walk in shower. Bathroom mirror with lights. Fancy. Fancy colours also. Full equipped kitchen. Big Panasonic TV. Games. PlayStation. Balcony with cozy candles. Daikin air conditioner. Tesy wall air convectors. This appartment is hot! And has everything you can imagine. The only tiny, little negative thing is the fact that you must reset WiFi everyday. But this is easy peasy. Thank you guys for a magic stay!

Pros: Staying at BonBon apartment was a real pleasure for my family. First, the location is great. We did not visit during the winter season, but it is really close to the gondola station. Also, it is just a 10 min walk to the city center. As per the apartment itself, it is great for a short stay for a family. The kids really enjoyed the playstation :) The host is also really kind and helpful. The instructions that they provided were clear and easy to follow. They were helpful and fast to respond. We will be booking the apartment in the future when we decide to visit Bansko again. Thanks for the stay!

Pros: Excellent stay, property looked exactly like images in listing. Property is in the perfect location from the main ski lift. Highly recommend.

Extremely enjoyable

Pros: Lovely little property, on the smaller side for 4 adults if you like a lot of space/aren’t that close a group of friends, but did us perfectly fine. Would be ideal for a family with 2 small children. It has a PS4 with games and other entertainment options including a TV with Netflix etc. that we really enjoyed. Is literally a 2 minute walk to the Gondola (perhaps 4 in your ski boots) and 2 min walk into the main street in town. Right next door to the best chilled (and cheap) bar we found called Morris Bar (happy hour every hour). Owners were extremely responsive to all enquiries and would 100% book again and recommend to anyone.

Cons: The internet stops working after you use a certain amount of data. Owners were again super helpful and explained how to get it to start working again as it is unlimited. However, this involved taking a sim card out and putting it in your phone to send a text to reroute it. I’m a bit overly cautious soo didn’t like the idea of putting an unknown sim etc. into my phone so just tethered the TV to my own personal hotspot when using Netflix which worked fine.

Pros: Lovely little apartment, very close to the main gondola. Everything you need in the apartment with a great guide to check in and the local area. Our host was very helpful and always available, we had a power cut during our stay and he was able to sort it within 10 minutes. Also gave some great advice on getting the gondola in the morning to avoid the queues.

Super cosy, great location, free parking

Pros: Very cosy, lovely amenities, small personal touches like candles and decorations. Though we don't ski, the ski rack in the bathroom was super cool shaped like a mountain 🏔️. Again though we didn't use them it was really nice that they have a gaming console with some games to use for free. Giant TV with all sorts of channels. Kitchen was stocked well with utensils. We enjoyed free parking just nearby. That was great! Overall really great place, would go again (without the kid 😅)

Cons: Nothing bad that the owner did, just a cautionary note for anyone considering placing a crib in the bedroom - it's tight and barely squeezes in. It's not ideal for a family with a kid that still sleeps in a crib. We managed to fit ours in the bedroom, so we can put the kid to sleep there and then enjoy the evening in the living room, but boy was it tight. We had to move the bed a bit which was hard. Oh and the building didn't have any elevators running. Wasn't a problem for us, but good to check with the owner before booking, if you need that.

Pros: Excellent location, next to Gondola, at 10 minutes' walk from the old city, several shops in the vicinity, free parking place next to the building, nice, comfortable apartment.
