Nice hotel close to the lift

Pros: Great location, close to the lift. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are blackout curtains in the room. It was very warm. There is a parking outside, 6e per day. You have to leave your car key at the reception.

Cons: The pool and the pool area could be cleaner. The pool is 5x10x(0.5-1.2)m and with warm water.

Pros: Location is excellent, great value for money. Great breakfast and nice restaurant at the hotel for having a meal after a long day of skiing

Cons: It would be better to open the breakfast a little bit earlier for people wanting to go skiing early

Great location, great staff.

Pros: Location was amazing for both skiing and going out. (walking distance) Parking was important for us and it was reserved in front of the hotel. (6 eur per day) The staff was great, polite and welcoming. Room was great with nice balcony. The restaurant which is connected to the hotel (Veranda BBQ and Wine) has great food and you get discount.

Pros: Location was very good for ski zone Staff really nice. Breakfast good with plenty of choice. Parking good.

Cons: Charge for robes and slippers in order to use spa. If advertised as a spa hotel should not incurr extra charges.

Pros: great value for money, the hotel is on a nice and central location - a few minutes from the gondola and right on the central street. the hotel also has a pool and a sauna which are nice. the room and the bath are very spacious

Cons: the hot tub in the spa is not warm enough, and they could have given us more soap. also one of the bathrooms' ventilation did not work

Pros: Perfect! The room, the bed, the spa, the location. The hotel has a restaurant with excellent food.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is really sparkling clean and is about 5 min walking from the gondola lift.

We will miss this place!!

Pros: Our stay was excellent, especially for the price compared to other hotels in the area. The staff were very nice and friendly, helped us a lot, and were attentive in offering discounts on different activities in the city, including ski rentals. We came for skiing, so it was very convenient to get to the equipment rental shop near the gondolas from the hotel, leave all the gear there, and not have to carry heavy equipment back and forth between the gondola and the hotel. The breakfast was nice. There is a good pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The sound insulation from street noise is very good. Excellent Wi-Fi!

Cons: It’s not that I didn’t like it, but there were only TV channels, without YouTube or Netflix. It also takes a bit longer to dry your hair because the hairdryer isn’t very powerful. There weren’t enough toiletries — there was only shampoo, with no soap or shower gel. P.S. During the last hour of our stay at the hotel, I got a trouble while leaving my backpack in the reception area for luggage storage after checkout. When I came back later, I found that it was completely wet including my passport 😔 Thankfully, I managed to get back home without any issues.

Pros: A hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast is very good. The staff were wonderful — all our requests were handled promptly and kindly. Highly recommended for families.
