Ema Hotel Bansko

Cozy, lovely winter vacation. Felt like home.

Pros: The hotel has just opened when I came and the staff was most welcoming. Went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.

Pros: Family style hotel in central location and free parking

Cons: Jacuzzi not working

Pros: Close to the slopes, fresh and delicious food, spa center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are warm and spacious. I would definitely come back.

EMA hotel meets your expectations

Pros: Even there are minor negatives, hotel was very good for my family. Breakfast was good enough, rooms are clean and big enough, price/performance was great, staff was really interested in guests and helpful. They directed us how to rent ski instruments (additional 20% discount :-) from 360 ski center -- 360 ski rent was also kind and helpful, they always help to guests and they are smart as they proposed to rent instruments one day by one day in case we dont like ski sport, that was the first time for us. They donot want take your money if you dont use their goods, that was a honesty behavior and I liked too much) Everything over all was great, thanks to EMA hotel and 360 ski center There was free private car park, it is also benefit for safe car parking.

Cons: Even it seems very close to ski center, you need to walk on a slight ramp road ~10minutes. No problem for healthy ones but I travelled with over 75 years old and a lung patient which was hard to climb to the ski center. One more negative is the refrigerator, there was no small refrigerator to keep our medicine safe in the rooms. We had to put near the windows our medicine (insulin, etc)

The right stay at Bansko.

Pros: Top location at Bansko- at the city center, near the Gondola station. Alpine style accommodation, super comfy rooms, high speed internet. Convenient own parking. Overall high value for the money.

Cons: N.A.

Excellend for the price we paid, great location, breakfast, sauna, parking - all included.

Pros: Great location - only 7 minutes from the gondola lift and 2 minutes walk from the central promenade. Not your fancy level hotel, but it has everything you need. For the price we paid during high season it was more than we expected. Breakfast and sauna were included and a free private parking available inside the yard. Ski drying rack is also available at the lobby.

Cons: Breakfast had limited choices - I would prefer to have a buffet instead. No electric pot in the room (while cups and glasses were available). Sauna was nice, but there is some smell problem coming out of the drainage. Sauna rules should be communicated in advance - for example we didn't know if you can be naked there (as it's common in most of North/West-Europe), or not.

Pros: The hotel was just off the main strip, lovely and clean, food was very cheap in the restaurant and it was better than the expensive restaurants by far, definitely would recommend and the staff were very friendly 10/10

Cons: Nothing a bit hot in the rooms but it was on a quiet street so could leave the windows open and not hear anything.

We will surely come back to Hotel Teddy because they made us feel like family not just random tourists.

Pros: The hotel is very good and afordable with its amazing location only 2 mins next to the center and the main street, the staff there really made us feel welcomed like we were staying at our house especially the receptionist Sasha, he wqs there if we needed anything didn’t matter if it was late at night or early morning. The rooms are clean and comfortable and well worth the price! The spa is also really good and enjoyable. The restaurant staff were always there to satisfy our needs if we were hungry or thirsty. The cleaning staff are also really friendly and we shared a lot ot laughs when we were in the hotel, they are really respectful and hard working girls. But Sasa ( Aleksandar) deserves all the praises because he made our stay 10x times better with his recommendations, professionalalism and just being a true gentleman and a friend whenever we needed him!

Cons: We didn’t like that we had to leave :D

Great hotel, amazing staff

Pros: Friendly staff, good and very clean room, very warm in the room and the entire hotel. Diverse menu in the tavern, very delicious and very affordable prices. Really enjoyed the whole atmosphere. The breakfast was great. I would definitely return!

Pros: Very clean hotel, cozzy rooms, good food, great location close to the gondola.

Cons: everything was great.
