Pros: Everything very good. The personnel very helpful. Always there to help you with everything you might need.

Cons: the spa area was always full of people and noisy but this hasn't to do something with the hotel. We just don't enjoy the crowds.

Pros: Very beautiful hotel, the location is great, the food is excellent, as well as the spa center.

Cons: Unprofessional communication when responding via Booking. Parking price for hotel guests is too high.

High standard accommodation.

Pros: Good modern facilities, close to the ski resort. The spa was first class.

Cons: Even though I had a fantastic 'classic' massage the first day, the second day I booked a 'Deep tissue' massage but it was not a good experience. It was less strong than the classic one of previous day (contrary to how it was described), less duration but still more expensive. It was definitely due to the masseur, she was not professional.

Pros: Great location, kind receptionist and everyone was helpful. Room was great and clean. Breakfast was super!

Great location and facilities at walking distance from the gondola, lacks room service.

Pros: Location is excellent and they have (with Kempinski) duopoly of the VIP ski pass to skip the long queues at the gondola. Small but comfortable room with terrace. Great ski room with boot dryers, wonderful and cosy lobby.

Cons: No room service available, coffee in the lobby only from 1000 (but you can walk to the breakfast room and have it there).
