Pros: Good quiet hotel, still close to Gondola walk 10min. Spa was great, we really appreciate it after skiing. Staff were good, any request had been sort it fast. Nice decor of outlr room, warm and with balcony. Pancakes had been good with some fruit too. I would still rate this hotel very high regardless value i had paid. So very satisfied. I would go back next time.

Cons: We had been a bit disappointed with no continental breakfast, but in the end it was ok. Our room was small, but still we get used to.

Pros: This hotel is run by elderly women who truly care and work very hard to make guests feel welcome. You can really feel their effort. The price is very good for the location. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were always polite, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast and spa were simple and not luxurious, but absolutely fine if you don’t have high expectations.

Would definitely come back

Pros: Everything was as described and the rooms were super nice 👌🏻 enjoined the sauna a lot!

Cons: Batteries were super hot so it gets really boiling without the windows open.

Well located stay

Pros: Really welcoming staff. Great breakfast and close to the slopes and restaurants. Spa facilities were very welcomed after a day of skiing.

Great location, warm rooms and accommodating staff

Pros: Great location near the high street, close to the ski lift, town centre, fast food and restaurants. Very good breakfast, staff was always polite and accommodating, rooms were warm and spacious. The spa (pool, sauna, salt room) was great, we used it every day.

Cons: Breakfast was 8-10am which means you may have to miss it if you're skiing during busy times like us - we had to leave for the lift around 7am to avoid queuing for hours. Some of the room facilities need better maintenance, but overall no problems with them.

Free parking on the street, however the hotel street is very small with very limited spaces, so we had to find other streets close by for parking.

Cons: We weren't able to use the fireplace in the chalet due to fire safety concerns with the neighbours which was disappointing.
