Good Option and Value

Pros: had a truly wonderful experience. The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. The space felt welcoming and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. What really stood out was the value for money. For the price, the quality exceeded expectations. It’s rare to find such a good balance between comfort, convenience, and affordability. Overall, a perfect stay. I would definitely recommend it and would happily return again.

Cons: However, the fitness room definitely needs to be upgraded. The equipment feels outdated and limited, and it does not match the overall quality of the property. With some investment in modern machines and better maintenance, it could significantly improve the guest experience.

Great stay!

Pros: The hotel was nice for the location and the staff too. They updated for free our room in a family room, also they gave as complimentary champaigne. The breakfast was good also.

Cons: They have to change the furniture and mattresses with pillows.

Highly recommended. Great value

Pros: Food was delicious with lots of options. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. All the facilities in the hotel were very warm even though the outside temperature was a few degrees below zero.

Pros: Clean, spacious, warm, good breakfast(not many options , but enough for us), parking in front of the hotel or opposite the street, small but clean pool, sauna

Cons: Wine and water on the table apparently as a courtesy, but asked to pay at check out Wardrobes provided at request for a 10 bgn deposit, quite unusual for a 4 stars hotel Slippers not available in the room, possibility to buy for 2 bgn, also unusual for a 4 star hotel The temperature in the pool area could have been set higher, it was a little bit cold

Pros: Overall, our stay at the hotel was delightful. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Despite this, the positive experience overshadowed the inconvenience. We appreciate the excellent service and will consider staying again in the future.

Cons: A minor issue was the shower tray filling up with water.

Nice stay.

Pros: The hotel is very close to the center and sky area and provide transport from hotel to slopes and back. all the hotel areas are very clean, spacious rooms, well mantained. Friendly guests. Nice SPA area opened all day long

Cons: Pillows (they are hard). Sometimes too hot in the room.
