Overall i like the hotel, would recommend it. It is in bery hood neighborhood in the city centre.

Pros: I liked mostly the spacious room and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable! Also I can confirm it was very clean.

Cons: I liked everything, the personnel could have been a little bit more polite. Even though they have a parking there was no space for us. Luckily we could park for free at that area. We came at 1 pm and had to wait until 2. No big deal- but a little smile won’t hurt anyone. Bear in mind - you cannot make coffee in the hotel. You have to buy from downstairs. The room did not have a balcony..

Very pleasant and comfortable stay in the heart of Plovdiv

Pros: Very clean, comfortable, everything well prepared, kind staff.

Cons: They made me pay 2 EUR from my previous stay for 2 bottle of water which is this kind of thing that make you understand why the Leisure industry is complaint all the time blaming the institution when the customer care is so low. Paying for a small box to take food away, paying for a bottle of water 2 years later, which should be offered for free imho is ridiculous.

Comfortable & convenient!

Pros: A very comfortable stay! It was much better than we expected! Really large room, very cosy and comfortable beds. Walking distance to everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Pros: Room was very spacious as well as the balcony. The area is very quiet, walking distance from the city centre and from a craft beer brewery. Highly recommend hotel.

Pros: For the money spend someone will receive a clean hotel, almost on the top center with basic but enough facilities, convenient parking, quiet. Never had the chance to try the breakfast. Recently I use it a lot when on a business trip because for a short trip it is pretty convenient and worth it. Definitely one of my favorites in Plovdiv.

Pros: Отличный персонал. Менеджер Даниэла, горничная Пепа, профессионалы, отзывчивые, душевные, всегда шли навстречу, помогали, советовали. Комната большая, светлая, очень теплая, в декабре кондей не включали, есть Гостиный уголок, по просьбе предоставили чашки, чайник, в ванной гидромассажная массажная ванна! В ресторане завтрак по меню, 6 вариантов, очень уютно, новогодние украшения, недалеко от центра, рядом торговый центр, что ещё нужно, однозначно рекомендую!
