A very luxurious, comfortable and welcoming hotel.

Pros: The Emporium is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. We slept incredibly well, the bed was perfectly comfortable and the room temperature could be easily adapted to our needs. The staff at the hotel were professional, polite and extremely helpful. They were most obliging with advice and guidance on the local area and the hotel amenities. We felt welcomed and cared for. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

good hotel for short visit

Pros: nice clean and feels like new hotel, good restaurant, room was very nice (exectally as on web) parking in the hotel front

Cons: room balcony and window facing to the patio with all other rooms breakfast was good but served to the table (not buffet) so you have to order and wait long time and ask for every thing

Pros: Location, Room, Staff, Food. We felt comfortable and relaxed., had a lovely dinner at the Toro Grande, went to a concert, came back to our lovely room, slept till 10.00 h next morning, had a wonderful breakfast at Toro Premio. This is the place to stay in Plovdiv.
