Zlaten Rozhen Family Hotel- Monument of Cultural Significance

Pros: Family hotel Zlaten Rozhen was the perfect place to relax. The area is very quiet with barelly any cars passing by. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accomodating. The food at the restaurant was delicious. I also did a wine degustation at the winery (I believe it could be done at the hotel as well) and it was well worth it. The wines are amazing. I will definitely come back. And if you go to the winwry, make sure to visit the Museum of old Cars

Pros: Excellent boutique purpose built hotel in very tiny quiet settlement. Quaint, clean traditional and well run. Superb food cooked to order by Chef Kolio. Modern rooms are small but clean and well designed. The care taken in designing the building shows. It is a 5 min meandering drive beyond Melnik that gets you away from the tourist clatter and into more a peaceful place. The hotel is connected to the same name/owner modern winery which is equally good to visit. Up the hill from the hotel 1 km is the monastery and wonderful views of the famous sandstone cliffs of Melnik area. Worth it and what you want after the drive from Sofia.

An amazing place to stay with great food

Pros: The property was really well situated and the staff were friendly and nice. They offered us an electric charger for our car and that saved us so much time later. We are very grateful. The hotel itself was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I strongly recommend you try the food in the restaurant and finish up with their blueberry ice cream which had my heart!!

The rooms, the food, the wine the Breakfast all was fantastic. The staff very accommodating.

Pros: The Hotel is stunning, the rooms were clean and very nice (I love all the wood in the rooms). The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and towels were snow while and fluffy. We had a fabulous dinner at the Hotel. The food was locally sourced and so Yummy. The breakfast was amazing and the service was fabulous. The Hotel Owner has his own Winery and has a fabulous selection.

Cons: I like everything.

Short nice travel

Pros: The property offers wine from the own winery which excellent. Also the food in restaurant was very tasty. Portions were big. In the morning we had an excellent breakfast.

Cons: No such thing

Pros: The location was perfect, the rooms were nicely furnished and the food was good. The hotel manager was very friendly all the time and truly caring and attentive. The wine was great!

Cons: Our bed was huge which was greatly appreciated but the mattress was too soft for our taste.

Pros: Хареса ни всичко. Много любезен персонал. Локация е точно на 10 мин пеша от манастира. Хотела е супер. Храната също беше вкусна. Заслужава си!
