A great small spa hotel in Sandanski

Pros: A great find for us and we will definitely go again. This is a small hotel on a hill overlooking Sandanski. We only stayed one night and ate in the restaurant so the distance didn't bother us. There is a car park with a barrier. The staff were really nice, genuine people. For the price we paid the room was just fine - if I come again for longer I'll book a larger room - but the spa and pool were great. A nice big warm pool that was not overcrowded and 4 saunas/steam rooms were better than some of the much larger and fancier spas I have been to in Bulgaria costing twice the price. We ate dinner in the restaurant - the menu is modest but the food was tasty and inexpensive, and we enjoyed the breakfast. As another reviewer mentioned you choose your breakfast from a menu but I don't find that unreasonable for a small hotel. The scrambled eggs I got were delicious

Cons: The room was small and there were no tea or coffee facilities - but that is what we booked and for the price it was fine.

Pros: one night stay, access to big swimming pool, jacuzzi, kids pool. Great breakfast with options to choose from ! restaurant for dinner accessable up to 10:30pm

Pros: The stuff was very polite. It was clean and comfortable. The spa + pool were also nice and clean.

Cons: The food in the restaurant was not very nice and tasty.

Pros: Location ok, with a nice view over the city. SPA and pool functionable in a very good conditions - clean and many options - we specially search steam sauna and it was good. Breakfast ok, large portions. We choose this location specially for good transit positioning for going to Greece, in the ioanian islands.

Cons: The staff does not speak english well and also, needs to work on their guest policies - we reach the location in the evening and went to the SPA wit opening hours until 20.00. At 19.45 one of the staff from the pool told us to leave the area in max 4 minutes. The aproaching was not very politte, but rude and very imposing.

Pros: The personnel is very kind, it’s very new and clean.

Cons: To ensure a bit more cleaning around the saunas, especially the restroom on that floor as it smelled bad.

Pros: Breakfast was good, but the options were limited. Fortunately, the staff was very helpful. They always found a solution for our specific needs. Our car was safe. They offer as a remote for garage. The staff was very polite and careful.

Cons: Large options for breakfast, maybe self service, We missed a space for drying our swimming suits. There were not hairdryers.

Хотела се оказа много приятна изненада и надхвърли очакванията ни.

Pros: СПА центъра е прекрасен. Басейна е голям и топъл. Всички съоръжения работят на максимални обороти. Не се икономисва осветление и отопление. Много е чисто. Персонала е любезен и усмихнат. Храната е вкусна.
