Pros: Everything was perfect and the location is exactly to the centre.

Cons: The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly

Pros: The room was simple but very clean and well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to find a variety of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. We also enjoyed visiting a nearby park, which features a small lake and a pleasant restaurant.

Cons: It would have been better if a kettle and a hairdryer were provided, as these are quite basic amenities.

Pros: The location is super central, the hotel totally worth the money. Staff are nice.

Cons: The AC is just slightly noisy when turned on faster fan speed, yet that doesn't bother us. Though we we were lucky and found a parking spot at the hotel, parking is quite difficult to find around.

Convenient and Hassle-Free Stay

Pros: We arrived very late at night, so it was great that we could check in by ourselves. The key was left for us with clear instructions, which made everything simple. We had to leave early in the morning, but for the short time we were there, everything went well. A good option if you need flexibility with arrival and departure times.

Cons: The downside was that finding parking was a bit difficult.

Pros: Everything was perfect! The hosts were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well-kept! We will definitely choose the same hotel if we visit the city again!

Pros: The hotel is in a good central location but still quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was very good. Late check out was much appreciated.

Cons: I would have liked a hairdryer in the room.

Bulgarian hospitality at its best

Pros: Iliana and Greg are the owners and looked after us very well. Since we've been travelling for 3 weeks, they were the best for providing hospitality. They spoke very good English and other languages also. The rooms are very reasonably priced and we liked the many retro memorabilia in the dining area. Breakfast was excellent and the best coffee. On departure Greg drove us to the bus station where we got a bus to Melnik. A lovely town to stay for a few days. The accommodation is central to shops, restaurants and the superb large parkland area where we spent our time as there are various activities to enjoy. On our final hour there we sat in the sunshine on their comfortable patio area watching the locals. Thank you. We shall remember your cheerful and polite hospitality.
