The hotel offers many services and facilities in your room for a very good price. Very nice stay.

Pros: The bed was very clean and they gave us fresh towels everyday. The fridge, the kettle and the air conditioning are extremely useful, as well as the wardrobe. The private bath tub in the room was very nice and spacious. We also took a peek of the SPA and it was very cute, but we didn’t have time to actually use it. The staff was nice and discrete. The hotel is also in a central position, so you can easily reach all the landmarks by foot.

Cons: The room in real life doesn’t look as glamorous as in the photos, as it is darker and I’d say a little bit dingier/old for what concerns the style, the moquette and the walls, but it is still very much acceptable and nice. The air coming out of the bathtub unfortunately smelled, but it worked perfectly.

Comfortable hotel. Very good location

Pros: The location is excellent and the price is reasonable for the facilities offered. It also has a spa.

Cons: The carpets in the room are very old and dusty. I did not manage to sleep due to I'm allergic to dust.

Pros: I would have preferred to have a better view, but for being there one day I felt really great, very clean room well located, beautiful bathroom and the girl at the reception really kind. I’m happy that I’ll be staying there again in the first days of January and I hope to find myself even better and maybe have a room a little higher but honestly for the price it’s really very satisfying!!

Pros: Location was well reachable to all points of interest, room nice and large

Cons: Reception area: due to a late departure, the receptionist was unhelpful and advised us not to remain in the reception area for an extended period.

comfortable, safe, good location and fantastic jacuzzi

Pros: Lovley big room, which suprisingly had a swing in it!!! the bed was big and comfy and the bathroom had a full size jacuzzi which was much needed after a couple of days of roaming round sofia and plovdiv. would recomend this hotel, good location, safe, friendly and clean. I didnt get a chance to use the spa area. price was fantastic
