Comfortable hotel.

Pros: -Nice, comfortable hotel, good localization. Cosi room, clean shower-room, beautiful materials. Small lounges at the floor. Nice deco, beautifull colors. -Breakfast: generous choice, beautifully presented, nothing is missing. -Restaurant : excellent. -Fitness room very adapted to sport during winter. -Courteous, polite staff and available.

Cons: -More informations should be shared at the check-in. -The view on a roof from the bedroom. -The check-out is soulless.

Pros: Location, personnel, breakfast, room, bedroom, facilities, cleaning, services, food, position. Everything was exceeding the expectations.

Cons: If I really want to be picky, maybe just add small table in the toilette, to put phone or other stuff while in the restroom.

Pros: Although the price was higher than the most of the hotels in Sofia, it was worth the money. Efficient service, comfortable room and good breakfast, the hotel provided us with everything we needed to recover from 20 hours flight to get there.

Very pleasant stay!

Pros: Excellent stay. The room was clean and nice, breakfast was very good.

Cons: The concierge was not very helpful, giving us wrong information about bus transfer to Bansko at the end we have to take a taxi. Very disappointed.

A wonderful experience among friendly staff in an excellent location.

Pros: The hotel is excellent with very friendly and helpful staff who create a really welcoming atmosphere. The facility is well maintained, very pleasant and in a top location.
