Pros: The views from the rooms are quite the sight, and the location is within walking distance of the city centre. The room was clean and comfortably furnished. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice old-fashioned hotel.

Cons: The breakfast is very modest, both in terms of variety and quality. The rooms are outdated. The furniture was a bit old. It is not 4 star hotel.

Pros: The views from the rooms are quite the sight, the location is within walking distance of the city centre, and they do a pretty good breakfast.

Cons: There are no sockets next to the bed. They also seem to allow smoking in the hotel casino & the smell fills up the lobby.

Very pleasant

Pros: Breakfast buffet was good, staff very friendly, 20 minute walk to downtown area, 24hr convenience stores less then 100 meters away, restaurant on top floor is a little pricey but the food excellent

Cons: AC in the room didnt work. Made it extra sticky given Sofia was in a heat wave during my stay. But overall, it was a pleasant stay

Great Place and friendly staff.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The restaurant and everything was beyond my expectations. I recommend it. I was on a wedding(secomd floor), and my room was on the 3rd floor, I was not able to hear a thing, while the music was playing, the sound isolation is great.

Pros: Nice view from 18th floor :) 6 lifts do the job perfectly, no need to wait for a free one. Comfortable room and bathroom, quiet during night. Friendly staff.

Cons: Internet access (wifi) did not work properly in my room, have to use a backup solution - hotspot from TV. Breakfast was ok, but only 1 coffee machine for so many people is not enough. Also bread selection could be better (only toast bread was available). Price a bit too high in my opinion.
