Absolutely worth a visit!
Pros: Absolutely fantastic place! Amazing staff - smiling, polite and ready to help. It was my wife's birthday and it was really nice that we got a free piece of cake with a candle at the restaurant. The restaurant is outside, near the hotel, and has an impressive menu - our dinner was really good, and I'd like to say special thanks to our waiter! When we came back to our room - we had a surprise bottle of wonderful Rose wine as a birthday present, it was lovely! Unfortunately, we didn't see the winery - there was no one to show us it, but we had a really good walk around the hotel: it's a huge park with vineyards, a lake with swans and fish, an outdoor pool, a theater... Breakfast was served from the set menu, but had everything - fruits and veggies, eggs at your choice, wide range of drinks, fantastic homemade bread.
Cons: The relaxing room (with salt blocks) wasn't working, but anyway we had a great time in the pool and sauna. Our room was faced by the road, so we heard all the passing cars during the night.

Very nice hotel, maybe a little bit expensive, but with great quality
Pros: Very nice hotel, modern building and helpful staff
Cons: Well it’s in middle of the road between the city and the near village, if want to visit town streets and shops need a car or a bike

Great place for chilling out
Pros: The variety of food on breakfast was really good, with many local foods. Hotel has great features but nothing exceptional. There is a park in the premises that is really nice for walking around.
Cons: Restaurant is close but not in the main building. Hotel is near a main road.

Pros: The room was comfortable and very clean. Anothet big bonus is that the hotel doesn't have too many rooms and it creates a very pleasant and private atmosphere. We loved our stay there, the pools, the spa, restaurant and garden - everything was great.

Greate place , greate time.
Pros: The restaurant , massages, animals , wine! I also liked the spa wich was very clean and nice, but could be nicer with mineral water.
Cons: Ping pong table was not avalable.

Pros: Хотела е чист, модерен, сравнително добре обзаведен. Има приятна СПА зона, съоръжения за спорт и релакс. Най-впечатляваща е градината на хотела и гледката към планините. Има удобни веранди. Храната в ресторанта е вкусна, порциите големи, обслужването отлично.
Cons: 1. Снимките подвеждат, че хотела е отдалечен от града. Всички си мислихме, че е в по-планинска част. А се оказа, че е в края на града, в някаква зона със складове и магазини, нещо като индустриална зона, до главен път и е шумно от пътя. 2. Обстановката в ресторанта не кореспондира на нивото на хотела. Обстановката е посредствена. 3. Храната е вкусна, но презентацията е нула. Например - поръчахме домашно петле, което беше вкусно, но изглеждаше отвратително - една чиния пълна с нещо жълто, върху което има кашкавал. 4. Поради близостта с града , в ресторанта се провеждат събития, което допринася за посредствената му визия. Ние присъствахме на детски рожден ден, а бяхме с нагласата, че сме в 5 звезден хотел и ще дегустираме специалитети и вино. 5. Комплекса се рекламира, като винарна, но не се усеща като такова нещо - нито обстановката в ресторанта, нито менюто. Единствено сервитьора допринесе за това усещане, защото беше компетентен . Като цяло за сервитьорите в ресторанта даваме максимална оценка- 10 точки. 6. Едната сутрин се случи, че се събудих много рано. Слязоха в лобито и помолих за кафе - кафе машината е на рецепцията. relaxed with a little bit sense of job
Pros: Location and facilities make this place ideal to combine relax with a little bit work. The staff is friendly and very supportive. The food is excellent.
Cons: it's too expensive, beyond what they offer
