Zornitza Family Estate Relais & Chateaux

Pros: We had an amazing stay! The place is beautiful, cozy, and perfect for relaxing - big rooms with a fireplace, a lovely spa, and gorgeous surroundings. There’s even an eco farm with deer and other animals. We also enjoyed biking around the area. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway! <3

Vanity project, great but still amateur

Pros: Impressive project, seemingly ticks all boxes for its claim to fame.

Cons: The staff are all very nice & friendly but not trained for the standard the hotel aims to uphold. The best thing about the gourmet experience was our waiter who curated amazing Bulgarian wines, the food was just pretty & bland to taste. Our wine tasting was delivered by a fresh graduate (& not the estate’s sommelier). She was passionate but clearly had a lot to learn about customer experience.

Pros: Our stay at Zornitza Family Estate Relais & Châteaux was nothing short of exceptional. We enjoyed every single aspect the estate has to offer to the fullest — from the mineral outdoor pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi, and saunas, to the fine restaurants and their exquisite, world-class wines. The natural surroundings are breathtaking: rolling landscapes, fresh air, sunshine, and an atmosphere of complete tranquility. Everything was spotless — the highest standards of cleanliness were met throughout the entire estate. The service deserves special mention: the staff were not only highly professional but also genuinely kind, attentive, and always eager to help. Their warmth added to the overall feeling of luxury and comfort. In short, this is a true gem where every detail has been perfected. A flawless experience that we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking relaxation, elegance, and the very best Bulgaria has to offer.

Pros: A superb hotel. Everything was like promised. Food, service, spa facilities, room amenities. We will come again for sure! Keep it up!

Pros: One of best places to chill in Bulgaria! Lovely staff and pure paradise in nature, staff is always smiling and so helpful!

Cons: They can pay more attention to lactose and gluten free food in the menu.

Pros: The place is really lovely, nice and polite stuff, delicious food, good SPA facilities

Cons: Aestivum restaurant is overpriced, the food in the main restaurant is more delicious for me.

This is my second stay and unfortunately got disappointed as the bar was set high from past visits.

Pros: Food in the 55 bistro is great, the staff there is doing great job as well. The nature around the properly is awesome and views are stunning.

Cons: We had to wait for 20+ minutes for someone to appear and do our check-out. It seems there was shortage of staff. We could not get proper introduction when we arrived at the property and there was almost no explanation about the facilities, the wine yards, farm, Spa, etc.

Incredible Place !

Pros: Amazing place with very good installations and lots of comfort. The staff is super nice! Restaurants are very good and the breakfast incredible! Our room was very comfortable and spa/massages +++

Cons: Maybe the staff could clean windows and walls inside jet pool and salty pool more regularly. (It is a detail)

Pros: The room was superb as was the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Amazing views. Very relaxing.

Cons: Food options should have been better for the price, especially in the fine-dining restaurant.
