Nice and cozy, good value for the money, need a little bit of improvement.

Pros: The studio is located 10 m from the pool, so it is very convenient. It is clean and cozy. Internet connection is perfect. For the sport fans there is payed TV sport channels. The lady which take care of the property (Veselina) is excellent, try to help for everything.

Cons: There is no AC in the studio?!? We were lucky that during our stay outside temperatures are 25 C. The curtains are so close to the windows that it was literally not possible to open on a half. And because you are on the ground flor, it would be madness to leave open windows for the night...

Beautiful location, very relaxing and peaceful. I would 100% go again.

Pros: Joined with the hotel through heated hallways and key cards. Room was very clean, coffee, towels, robes, slippers provided. Room had a view of the outdoor pool. Had access to the Spa facilities and pools. Pet friendly!! My dog was off leash inside the hotel area and at the outside premises. No extra charge for your pet. Beautiful, long path leading to the golf courses with views of Pirin mountains. Lots of mini markets and restaurants inside the complex (although expensive). Women greeted us upon arrival and showed us how to get to get to the Spa area.

Cons: The location on google maps doesn’t take you to the property, it takes you to a school in Razlog 12 minutes away. Follow road signs with hotel name instead. There was no shampoo & body wash in the room, need to bring your own or take your showers at the Spa Center. Don’t go to restaurants in the complex (overpriced and food was ok but not worth it - we went to the Greek and Taste of Asia restaurants), go to one of the many beautiful “Mehana” they have in Bansko instead, you won’t regret it.
