Pros: The resort is very nice with great facilities. The appartment was good and well heated. There was a hot outside pool right otside the appartment which was convinient. The hosts complimented us at arrival and this left a pleasant impression.

Cons: I would recommend making the offer here a little bit more clear and state directly in the text that the customer is hiring just an appartment with no other benefits that are typical for the hotel part (spa, cleaning service, etc). The couch was not comfortable for sleep and very difficult to transform into a bed. Also the appartment is not big enough and lacking places to leave your baggage and when you transform the couch, you should literary step over furniture and suitcases to move around. Otherwise it was comfortable and well-equipped.

Pros: Студиото отговаря на предложението и описанието. Намерихме точно това за което бяхме подготвени, че ни очаква. Рецепцията и обсужването, комуникацията персонала, бяха на необходимото ниво.

Pros: уникална топла вода много разнообразна храна особено от към салати

Cons: разположението на спалнята в стаята не е ОК духа от прозореца тъй като няма отоплителен уред до прозореца. на сутринта ми беше запушен носа и през ноща ми беше студено. някак си като студен радиатор все едно имаше до мен. бил съм и други пъти но на приземния етаж опеделено през зимата не е много комфортно

Pros: They went above and beyond on our stay. We booked super last minute - literally at 18:00 for the same night and even without requesting they saw we have a small baby and did everything possible to find us a crib!
