Pros: Everything was perfect and relaxing! The room was clean and big with great view, the breakfast was delicious (not a buffet), the outdoor space was beautiful and the indoor pool that we used very relaxing! Most of the staff only spoke Bulgarian, but they really tried to help us with everything! Ι will visit it again!

Amazing Weekend

Pros: The hotel has undergone full renovations and is absolutely stunning. It is modern, stylish, cozy and the owners and staff make you feel at home. The restaurant is exceptional, the SPA is great and the outdoor pool with warm mineral warer tops it off. Perfect hotel fot a family vacation.

Pros: Location, room sizes and cleaness. Pool is very nice, with thermal water.

Cons: Breakfast should be updated to 21st century, at least to have some choices, not only omelette. Is very difficult to communicate with all hotel's employees , because they do not understand or speak english ( waiters included).

Total relax

Pros: - The flat was spacious and very clean. - Delicious food. My father is very picky eater and even he was impressed. - Exeptional staff. Especially the lady at the reception went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. - It is walking distance from the city, in quiet area.

Cons: - The spa wasn't working.

Nice people, perfect pool, good rooms and amazing nature.

Pros: It is a very nice place with plenty of plants. The outside pool was perfect, clean and not crowded. Also the personel was friendly and helpful. We spent a very good week there and will come back next year for sure. The receptionist was so helpful and change our room without any problem.

Cons: Hair dryers can be improved and renewed.
