Beautifully desgined but staff needs training.

Pros: Beautiful and spacious rooms. Wide variety for breakfast. Very nice views.

Cons: The effort they put in building a beautiful designed resort, I would expect a small shop with souvenirs and small grocery items like sun cream, small snacks, bottled water; especially since the village center is not close. Also the check in took very long because the responsible employee was lost. The one coffee machine in the breakfast room was extremely slow and not able to cope with the amount of guests. During our stay they were building a new pool, the noise and dust was horrible; they should compensate or at least warn guests and limit to certain hours. The parking lot is way too small. The pool bar had very bad service with non qualified staff and non existent protocols (staff emptied trash cans and didn't wash hands before making drinks).

Pros: Very good staff, very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The SPA needs a little renovation ( the steam bath smelled bad). Lots of children were running around in the SPA. The breakfast and dinner were OK for a 5 star hotel. The parking could be a little tricky when there are lots of guests since it's supposed to be a two way street but there is space for only one car. We were with an 11 year old and the foldable bed was in bad condition. In the shower sometimes the water was becoming suddenly very hot and after that cold.

Pros: We had very, very pleasant stay at the hotel. First night we got a room without terrace, but the next day we changed it for a better one, no additional charge, staff was full of respect and good manners. The food is excellent, variety of delectable meals, well cooked and served. Not many usable hot pools and saunas, but sufficient for us.

Cons: I didn't like some smaller things like the weak pressure in the shower and having to pay for drinkable water in the room.

Better than in 2023

Pros: We staid in 2023 for 1 night in the main hotel - average We staied in 2024 for 1 night at the villa - outstanding Villa worth every penny. Main room in the hotel is just as any other room. The property is still under development, but we found it better in 2024 than in 2023. more facilities, a lot of items to do there. Thinking to return and stay more days.
