Pros: The rooms were beautiful, unique, modern and very big! (We were three couples and the hotel has nine rooms/suites.) Breakfast was really lovely. The two members of staff who we rated highly were Radoslav and Lilly; they were both really helpful, totally professional and friendly. The hotel is fortunate to have them.

Cons: The water heating system was broken and the water was completely cold one morning. We had booked the Junior Suite because it was my birthday treat and because it had a bath, but I was unable to use it. Very disappointing!

Radoslav Is the Reason This Stay Deserves a Perfect 10

Pros: My 10/10 rating is primarily thanks to the exceptional service provided by the receptionist, Radoslav Blagoev. His attentive support during breakfast, as well as his assistance with my car parking, truly stood out. His professional and guest-focused approach significantly enhanced my overall experience and deserves special recognition.

Cons: The cleanliness of the room should be reviewed more thoroughly; a more detailed final check would better meet expectations. In addition, some of the plastic components and LED fittings in the room produced constant cracking noises throughout the night, which was quite disturbing and interrupted my sleep. Addressing these technical issues would greatly improve the comfort of future stays.

Wonderful stay in a beautful boutique hotel with superb staff

Pros: We loved this beautful boutique hotel in a super capital city we also fell in love with. On arrival, we were warmly greeted and told our room had been upgraded to a suite with masses of space and great design touches. The hotel is in the diplomatic area with lots of nice restaurants nearby (including one adjoining the hotel) and 10 minutes to the nearest metro stop. The hotel has a cute little bar, where breakfast is also served. The staff were superb but special thanks to Radoslav who was brilliant, arranging our onward transport to Bucharest after our flight was cancelled at short notice. A complete star, thank you again Rado !
