Royal Bansko Family Apart Hotel - All Inclusive Light or Half Board & Drinks With Heated Indoor Pool & Jacuzzis

Good value and great for families

Pros: Rooms were basic but clean. Facilities were good for families. Children enjoyed the pool, playroom and games room.

Ideal hotel for families with young kids, great food and a short walk to town.

Pros: The whole hotel was ideal for us with young kids. Very relaxed and lots to do. The food is so good and plenty of it. Staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Cons: The hotel is not new and some areas are a little run down but it didn’t impact our stay in any way.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, shuttle bus to the gondola and back, food variety.

Pros: It's good value for money, staff was very polite and friendly. Atmosphere is very relaxed and it's very nice little family hotel, with small spa (pool, jacuzzi with warm water, steam bath and jacuzzi). There isn't a lot of food choices, but the food was tasty.

Cons: We got a double room, very spacious, but with almost no furniture. There is only one small wardrobe in lobby in the whole 50+ square meters apartment. There is a small handmade chest in bedroom and two tiny night stands next to bed (pillows are very uncomfortable, mattress is very soft for my wife's and my taste). In living room there is one very unstable table (that is rocking) and sofa (which can be transformed into bed, not very comfortable, but the kids didn't mind that). There just isn't almost any storage space for clothes.

Pros: Very nice family hotel. You have swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna, kids play area. Food was good. Staff very friendly.

Pros: Apartment was comfortable and clean , little bit dated.Breakfast and diner were various with fresh salads. Staff is fine , especially Miroslav. Pool had little cooler water and jacuzzi had hot water. Hotel has a free shuttle bus to the cable every day in a half an hour.The heating is perfect.Hotel is a little further from the center and the cable ,but with a nice view to the river near by.

Cons: Apartment has kitchen but not tools. If you need to cook something , you must to ask on reception, but they give you some old and dirty tools.Also they don't have hairdryer in the units.

Pros: Everything was great! The hotel is clean,the staff is polite,we felt really welcome! The food is excellent,every meal is perfect! Will come again for sure!

Perfect for family

Pros: We liked a lot, place has warm family atmosphere, felt like home. Hosts and staff were the best! Food buffet is made for every taste, bar and lounge comfortable and you can find all you need. Pool and jakuzzi hot, clean and perfect to relax. Rooms warm, specious and it was cleaned and bedding/towels were changed couple times during the stay. This hotel deserves more then 3 stars! Love it and we will come again ♥️

Pros: We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was lovely to be able to relax in the sauna or the hot jacuzzi after a long day of skiing. I especially appreciated the all-inclusive option, as it gave us the freedom not to worry about meal planning, and the food was delicious. We loved the traditional Bulgarian dishes. The lobby also has billiards and other games, which are a great option for entertainment after dinner.

Cons: We had no complaints whatsoever. It was a very pleasant experience.
