Nice apartment with fantastic pool facilities in a great location.

Pros: Great facilities with the pool, spa and pool bar area. Well located and helpful staff.

Cons: Accommodation looks tired with scratches on the wallpaper from previous guests and scuffs on the wall where the oven door has scratched the wall on opening.

Cons: One morning we went at spa, one sauna wasn’t working and hot beds were not also functional, that is my one and only complaint

Pros: Good breakfast, warm room temperature, the apartment was clean.

Cons: The sauna was cold and didn't work properly, the pool was medium cold..

Pros: The employees are very polite, it's very warm and comfortable, and the food is quite delicious.

Cons: The corridors are too stuffy and need occasional ventilation. The cleaning staff should empty the trash bins every two days and provide toilet paper in the apartment. The food is overly spicy and uses too many seasonings instead of just colored salt and basic spices. The apartment that was booked was advertised as having a bedroom, but it actually had two single beds pushed together, which could be separated and were not very suitable for sleeping or for a married couple. The swimming pool has a very strong smell of chlorine, and the staff member does not have much experience in making coffee.

Pros: The apartment was clean with all the facilities needed for our stay.

Cons: The road to the hotel needed some better lighting.

Pros: We booked a 3 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen which is what we needed for the family. The apartment was well furnished, the rooms were comfortable and the kids felt they had plenty of comfort and space.

Nice hotel with everything you need

Pros: Nice Location, big rooms with all facilities included. Friendly and polite stuff. There is free park area just across the hotel.

Cons: There was problem with the water at the bathroom. We found a lot of hair especially in the bathroom, didn't seem fresh cleaned. We were lucky and grateful that they immediately changed our room, even upgraded 🙏
